Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

AnshuTuffy Sarees

This policy governs the return, refund, replacement, and exchange of products purchased from AnshuTuffy Sarees. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated below.


1. Order Acceptance & Product Nature

  • All products sold are fashion & textile items, which are delicate and hygiene-sensitive

  • Slight variations in color, texture, weaving, zari, or print are inherent characteristics, not defects

  • Product images are for reference only; actual product may vary slightly due to:

    • Lighting conditions

    • Screen resolution

    • Handmade or handloom processes


2. Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Free shipping is provided on all orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, festivals, or regional restrictions

  • AnshuTuffy Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once dispatched


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy (Strict)

3.1 Video Requirements

A continuous, 360-degree unboxing video is compulsory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

The video must:

  • Start from sealed courier package

  • Show the shipping label clearly

  • Be recorded in one single take

  • Show:

    • Package opening

    • Saree unfolding completely

    • Borders, pallu, and blouse piece (if applicable)

3.2 Invalid Video Cases

Return requests will be automatically rejected if:

  • Video is missing

  • Video is edited, cut, paused, or unclear

  • Package appears tampered before recording


4. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is physically damaged

  • Product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

  • Product has a major manufacturing defect

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will NOT be provided for:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Dissatisfaction due to color, fabric feel, or design expectations

  • Minor weaving or print irregularities (common in handcrafted sarees)

  • Products that are:

    • Used

    • Worn

    • Washed

    • Altered

  • Missing original tags, invoice, or packaging

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details

  • Delivery delays beyond estimated timelines

  • Discounted, clearance, or sale items (unless damaged)


6. Return Request Timeline

  • Return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be entertained

  • Customer must share:

    • Order ID

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear images of the issue


7. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests are reviewed within 48 business hours

  • AnshuTuffy Sarees reserves the right to:

    • Approve or reject any request

    • Request additional proof if needed

  • Decision made by AnshuTuffy Sarees shall be final and binding


8. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged only after approval

  • In certain locations, customer may be required to self-ship

  • Returned product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

  • Damage during return transit due to improper packing will lead to rejection


9. Refund Policy

9.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only after:

  • Product is received by AnshuTuffy Sarees

  • Product passes quality inspection

  • Return conditions are met

9.2 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount

9.3 Refund Mode

  • Refunds are processed via original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable) will be refunded via:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer


10. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

  • Subject to stock availability

  • If replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued


11. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 3–5 business days


12. Fraud Prevention Clause

  • Any attempt to misuse the return policy, submit fake videos, or provide false information will lead to:

    • Immediate rejection

    • Permanent account restriction

    • Legal action if required


13. Limitation of Liability

  • AnshuTuffy Sarees’ liability is limited to the order value only

  • The brand is not liable for indirect or consequential damages


14. Policy Modification Rights

  • AnshuTuffy Sarees reserves the right to modify this policy at any time

  • Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website
