6. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 3–5 business days

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy

  • A mandatory 360-degree unboxing video is required for any claim

  • Without this video, return or refund requests will be rejected

  • Decision made by AnshuTuffy Sarees regarding returns and refunds shall be final
